How do you communicate with your clients? The chances are that you have one preferred method of reaching out. Some people are happy with the phone, others like email and some even choose WhatsApp ...
YourPCM allows you to reach out in the way you and your contacts prefer!
A lot of that depends on who you are, what industry you work in and how busy your customers and clients are. We thought about this when building YourPCM and wanted to cover every base when it came to our subscriber's needs and requirements.
Here's what we've built into YourPCM:
Softphone Integration
There are two standard numbers you can have for each contact. One is the mobile phone (anything starting 07) and one is a landline number (only shown in medium, large or extra large views). If you have a softphone installed on your computer ... and most people do have an integration via their browser ... then clicking one of these numbers will make a call.
Custom Email Templates
Click the email icon next to a contact and you get a blank email via Outlook or Gmail (or whatever mail client you're using). However, you can predefine email templates so if you choose one from the list, when you click the email icon now it will put the contents of the template into the message and add the first name too. All you need to do it drop in your email sig and hit send.
Custom WhatsApp Templates
It's surprising how much business is done directly via WhatsApp. We recently added custom WhatsApp templates to YourPCM. Again, click the WhatsApp link and start a conversation from scratch using WhatsApp Web. Choose a template and that message is personalised and sent directly to the contact.
Custom SMS Templates
And again, templates galore! The cool thing about our custom SMS templates is that they're sent via YourPCM, but the reply comes back to your phone so you can start some great conversations. Everyone reads a phone notification so SMS is a great way to get someone's attention.
Unique HTML Mailing List System
And finally, our unique HTML mailing list system. This is for cold outreach sales mailers to industries you find using our discovery tool and for monthly newsletters and other mailers you send to your mailing lists.
What makes it so unique? Well, it tracks opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces and no responses and lets you keep your lists GDPR-compliant and clean. If a mailer doesn't score at least 9/10 on our Spam Assassin tests then it doesn't get sent.
And don't forget all the social media links contained with each contact in your copy of YourPCM. Messaging someone on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin or Instagram are just a few clicks away.
As a little aside, on our feature request list is a smart little workflow that adds a note to a contact when you click one of the communication options. So, for example, if you clicked on the phone link, it would start the call, open the notes section then add a dated note (marked as 'phone call') ready for the contact to pick up. That will be coming in 2024, but for now, our 5 different ways of reaching out work brilliantly.
