If you're a regular reader of our blog, then you'll know that we're very proud of the trifecta of functionality that YourPCM has. From the database, through the search engine and the mailer system, all three siblings play very nicely together ...
The database is the very beating heart of YourPCM. After all, it's where your contacts reside as well as everything you know about them. It's important that this be functional and flexible and works the way you want it to. It's going to include everyone you know so being able to drill down, sort and move contacts around is really important.
"You'll spend most of the time working with the database!"
The search engine could be considered the intelligent sibling. It's the part of YourPCM that looks around and finds other businesses you may want to work with. Collecting all of their information and adding them to the database for you to organise later on. Just tell it who you're looking for, and where you're looking for them, and off it goes to find them.
The mailer system is refined and experienced and it would probably be the soulful sibling as its grown and developed over a whole decade. Our founder, Steffi Lewis, first created the original mailer system for her clients' blog posts as part of her digital marketing platform.
This new version has all the extra features she wanted in the old one and has been refined so well, your mailers will get 10 out of 10 from Spam Assassin when they're tested. This really does improve the deliverability of your sales and marketing messages, even with cold outreach.
"But there's another secret sibling!"
Hiding in the background is the YourPCM security system. Most mainstream CRMs will give you SSL security, some give you long passwords and others maybe include Google ReCAPTCHA, but we go much further still. Our secret sibling is watching over your data, ensuring it's only you who's accessing it.
We're not going to give the game away and tell you what it's doing, but every single request to every single page is checked, double checked and even triple checked and if it finds anything suspicious, our secret sibling throws them out and emails us with the details of what was attempted, by whom and from where!
You'll notice in the logo above that there are three people. but standing behind them in the shadows is our fourth secret security sibling ... watching.
